Granny: FNaF Hospital is a survival horror game that combines the haunting of Granny with the deadly stalking of the animatronics in FNaF. Players are trapped in an abandoned hospital, where Granny roams around hunting for you, while mechanical creatures like Freddy, Chica or Bonnie also lurk in the shadows.

The desolate hospital scene, flickering lights and echoing footsteps in the hallways create a suffocating, creepy atmosphere. Every small sound can make you detected. You only have 5 days to find a way out of this nightmare before you are captured forever.

How to Play Granny: FNaF Hospital

Objective

• Find keys, items and solve puzzles to open the way out of the hospital.
• Avoid being caught by Granny and the animatronics.
• Survive for 5 days, each time you are caught, a day will pass.

Basic Controls

• Move: Use the arrow keys or WASD keys to navigate your character.
• Interaction: Click (or tap on a touch device) to open doors, pick up items, or hide under beds or in cabinets.
• Sit/Hide: Press C to sit and E to quickly hide when needed.
• Sprint: Hold Shift while moving to speed up.
