DNR: Do Not Reciprocate follows Niko, a fragile young guy who has been hospitalized several times. On his last visit, he sees three doctors: Sage, a neurologist; Amia, a cardiologist; and Robin, an ophthalmologist. What begins as a simple medical treatment slowly morphs into three unique relationship options as the physicians get obsessed with Niko.
Gameplay involves reading speech and picking your replies at certain points. Your decisions determine which doctor is the subject of Niko’s narrative and which conclusion you ultimately get. The game includes six alternative endings; each love interest has two possible endings.
